I found the ultimate crib sheet to be much more trouble than it's worth. Lifting my daughter's mattress takes no effort: it's made of lightweight foam. As a result, changing her sheets is also super easy. I just have to lift the mattress, and it takes two seconds. On the other hand, snapping all the ties on the ultimate crib sheet takes bending over the crib for five solid minutes (plus, the manufacturer recommends snapping the snaps before every wash, which means snap on crib, unsnap, snap again before wash, unsnap, snap on crib...) So, if you have a foam mattress in a corner of the room, I'd suggest just getting normal sheets and some of those stay-dry liners. If you have a coil mattress and keep the crib in the center of the room, then by all means, try the ultimate crib sheet...

I love these....I just wish that the elastic bands in the corners fit a larger piece of the crib. Otherwise, this makes life easier. And that is always good.

Excellent product ! My daughter-in-law uses them & she has found them to be indispensable. I purchased 2 of these (at a lower price than she paid) because my sweet grandbaby spends the night with us often. Good thing I had them when I kept her for a week recently while her parents were out of town!!

The Basic Comfort Ultimate Crib Sheet is great to have around the house. We actually purchased a couple to use during our potty training stage to keep us from having to wash the bedding over and over. So far, so good -- they have protected the sheets/blankets, and they are more comfortable to lay on than previous protection pads we tried. Easy to wash - always a bonus!!

I also had a scare with my 10 month old that woke up at 3 am crying hysterically b/c she was trapped under the ultimate crib sheet, however I also realized that she would likely not suffocate because the fabric is a high tech breathable fabric that prevents suffocation. However, we still removed the crib sheets.
